Top 5 Wednesday

T5W Favorite Audiobooks

Hello Readers!

So in the month of May we decide our own themes for the Top 5 Wednesday posts, but they have to be older themes which were used from the beginning of the group. So I scrolled through the December 2015 list and I found this one, since I have only recently started listening to audiobooks on a regular base. But we will see how far I will come.

Simon vs The Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli (currently listening to)

Voiced by Micheal Crouch

Micheal’s voice is very calming to listen to but there is also emotion in it when he needs it in the story. And I really love listening to Simon overall and his voice just makes me so much more invested into the story.

Undercover Princess by Connie Glynn

Voiced by Connie Glynn

I love listening to audiobooks read by the author self. And I think that was why I enjoyed listening to this book, the fact that the author read it herself. That way they can read their book the way they imagine it read.

The Hazel Wood by Melissa Albert

Voiced by Rebecca Soler

I felt that Rebecca really voiced Alice the best way possible. Alice is far from a perfect girl and sometimes she is really unlikable, but I actually liked that about her. And I think that is partially because of the reader of the audiobook.

Of Fire and Stars by Audrey Coulthurst

Voiced by Moira Quirk and Saskia Maarleveld

Since there are two female leads in this book, I really enjoyed it that their both had a different voice, this was a good way to keep them separate from each other. And their voices really seemed to fit the character they were portraying.

So I could only come up with with four but with a few months I would probably be able to to come up with a fifth. So if you are curious on my fifth favorite audiobook, ask me in a few months XD What is your favorite audiobook so far?
